Manage Network Service Cost Performance Improvement

PMIA Lead 10+ projects for Cost Performance Improvement in Upstream America and captured more than $1.1 M in savings in record time. Achieved cost reductions by rightsizing IT network (WAN and LAN) such as bandwidth optimization, new technologies and divestments in 50 sites within 4 countries.

  • Generated cost reduction from nearly zero to 1.1 Million dollars’ yearly savings in 6 months.Gearing up a team of 10 people from employees, and third party vendors.
  • Project cost of $325K.

Ensure Safe Production (ESP) Improvement 
  • Implemented Best Practices for Plant Alarm Management System, and tracking Operators Responses by using the company’s Operational Excellence and Ensure Safe Production Framework and COTS application.
  • Put in place 3 Application Servers, 7 OPC servers, 3 Oracle Database servers and 3 Web servers.
  • Trained 350+ control and field operators

Shovel and Support Equipment Condition Based Monitoring
  • Expert orchestration of business and IT teams to put in place Asset Performance, Reliability Centered Maintenance and Condition Based Monitoring systems and processes to monitor health’s and reduced operational and safety risks.

  • Encompassed the Implementation of the integrated Engineering Environment using Intergraph’s leading technology in design tools for the Synthetic Oil project SAGD Kinosis Project.

Smartplant Construction deployment
  • Successful implemented state of the art technology Smartplant Construction of a well known company in Canada for the Surmont 2 by publishing 3D models and retrieve in SmartPlant Foundation and integrating with Primavera Scheduler using cloud computing in 3rd party Data Center facility in Calgary.

Chosen to create and deploy a Quality Management strategy (QMS), framework and plan for the Corporate Windows 7 implementation, establishing Test Scripts, Proof of Concepts (POC), QA/QC activities for testing more than 250 applications, 3,500+ computers and packaging processes.

  • Designed and implemented the Program Risk Log, Issues, Changes and Decision (RICD) tracking system.
